Bumble Bee Bakery & Delicatessen is a conceptual bakery that focuses on using locally-sourced organic ingredients whenever possible.
Packaging has been designed for cookies, muffins, and take-out order bags. Color scheme chosen to invoke the feeling of cleanliness and company transparency (blue for honesty and clarity, electric green for brightness). Slab serif typeface used in order to convey a feeling of density and fulfillment, as most people would prefer their baked goods to be solid and filling.
Use of photography very prevalent to show that the food looks just as good as it does in pictures. It makes the consumer want to open the box and get to what's inside. It also allows those who are bad at making decisions the ability to pick and choose based on the look of something, rather than the name.
Use of stripes and chevrons, with mimicing die-cuts throughout packaging. Windows in cookie box to show product, and two-piece muffin box cut to blend with chevron pattern.
